the staff is unfriendly and dishonest.. they wouldn't refund a defective electronic device i purchased. they immediatley became hostile and i had to swallow my pride and remain polite in asking what my options were as thier entire staff made a mockery of me in thier own language.. every single one of thier electronic products is defective and they know it.. instead of asking what was wrong they tried to kick me out of the store until other customers heard me say " if i cant get a refund thats fine but im not going to pay for a defective product.. your supposed to sell products that work".. they dont care for customer service they only care that your money goes into thier pockets. they were laughing instead of being helpful.. im very ill right now and needed to go pick up my perscription and i eventually left with a defective product because they refused to refund or even give me store credit.. they were hesitant to open another product because they knew it was also defective.. they gave me the option of 3 defective products and that was the best they could do.. i dont expect much from 711 in the first place.. especially from electronics purchased there.. at the very least id expect it to function adequatley for a month or so? but being broken straight out the box is rediculous.. i suspect they purchase defective products purposefully to save money... ill never shop their again and im telling everyone i know to avoid that 711..ill repeat myself and say the only reason they helped me was because there was other people in the store who heard me complain about how unfair it is for me to have to pay for something thats broken.. every single auxillary cord thier was defective.. and they dont care..
