My story is a long one, I will make it short. I bought an Avalon the end of June. Unfortunately it had an issue. I have to tell you that Joe was more than gracious in accommodating me. It took some time to detect the problem, I was provided a rental car in the meantime. The issue was repaired and I am on the road again. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you Joe!!!

At first I was excited about purchasing a new car. It quickly turned into frustration. The first car me and my husband chose wasn't really available so I am not sure why it was showed to us at all. Then a car that fit our needs was finally located, we were told it would take 7-10 days. After this time had passed we received no phone call to come in to complete paperwork. We had to cal several times to obtain our own update. They never called us on their own to inform us about our purchase. When we would finally get a hold of someone we couldn't get a straight answer. After 28 days we finally were ready to complete paperwork. That is 3-4 times longer than originally quoted and no communication whatsoever! Then we ask for them to have everything ready so it could be quick and we could plan accordingly (we have 6 kids so schedule is important). They told me it would take 30 min to an hour. I was there for 2 hours, nothing was prepared before my appointment.
