Orange Police Department at 1107 North Batavia Street, Orange, California.

We had a homeless river person sleeping on our front lawn this morning. Thought at first it was probably a gang banger on drugs. I asked him who he was and why he was there, but he just turned over and went back to sleep. We called the police and they came promptly. First one officer arrived who did all of the vetting. He could not have been more professional and courteous to this young man. He knew exactly what to do and did it without incident. Then a back up officer arrived. They were both very professional and so pleasant. If these two officers are an example of our Police Department, well, Orange has excellent police officers!! Wish I had gotten their names to thank them publically.
I asked my husband if he got the names of the officers and he said the first officer to arrive was Roche or something similar. He did not get the name of the second officer. Kudos to both of them!
