Horrible customer service, rude manager and completely over priced. Refused to work with me when I was going thru financial hardship, after being a loyal customer for almost 10 years. The rent would continue to increase constantly and to top that off, one day while trying to access my unit...the door came flying down and almost struck me in the head. Had I not had my patio chairs stacked up near the front of the space, I likely would have been knocked out by the impact. The chairs took the blow instead. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Only plus side is the locations proximity to my home. Still, not worth it.

Great facility clean secure facility really close to my house. I am able to pay online and they had a free move in truck to help me move my items. The staff is very professional
