Outstanding in ever way. Have used them many times (phones, i-pads, laptops) and have been completely satisfied every single time Always friendly, helpful and very reasonable. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else.

My Cellphone "Froze" while a doing a Samsung update but it froze in the process. My cell was in great condition otherwise. I ask uBreakiFix for them to do a quick trubleshooting with their software that I would wait there, but was told to leave my Cell there and thay they would troubleshoot it and they would call me in 2 days.

I did not hear from them for 3 days, so I called them to find out what the problem was and was told they hadn't troubleshoot it yet. And a day later, I was told that my cell phone was unrepairable.

I drove 30 miles to pick it up to find out what the problem was. The person at the desk would just shrug your shoulders when I asked was what was wrong with it. No paperwork nothing. I asked them to go talk to the technician that had worked on it and the back office. He came back and he had no other explanation.

I asked for a printout of the troubleshooting and all they could do for me was you show me there PC screen which only showed that they had changed the battery and send my battery was good they put my old one back.

I said I don't see anything there that you have done it doesn't say anything about troubleshooting or I noticed that the bottom it said that it had been that they had been arrived broken when it was not.

Why would I bother to drive to times 120 hours (2 drives at 30 miles each way) to take a phone that's broken?

They broke my phone, it is now totally dead. And these people at uBreakiFix have lied to me about my phone being broken at time that I took it to them when there is not the case. My cell phone was only Frozen. Edward start it would start two three different screens and then it would freeze again but it was not dead and totally broken when I took it to them.

I have made a complaint with the BBB and I'm expecting to hear from them.
